I spend many hours making these tubes and tutorials and love to see people use them :-)
You may use the tubes to create new graphics for yourself and others, this includes linkware sets, globes, cards, adoptions or anything else you might make, no link back is required. Please do not add any of these tubes in another tube collection or offer them for download anywhere else without my permission. Please do not link directly to any of the zip files or previews.

Anything you create by following any of my selection / vector tutorials belongs to you and you are free to do whatever you want with that. There is no need to write and ask permission to use something you created. The tutorial itself and all screenshots and selections belong to me and may not be posted anywhere else without my permission. If you belong to a PSP group that shares tutorials and would like to link to mine that is fine with me. If you would like to translate any of my tutorials, please contact me first at tcgibbs@rockford.com

I also offer some patterns, textures, gradients and preset shapes, use as many as you want, no link required.

Tutorials 
Any image you design from one of my tutorials is yours. Period. If you want to make a SigTag, and sell it to everyone on the internet, be my guest. :) 
Do not claim my tutorials as your own. I spent a long time writing each of them, and I deserve the credit for it. 
Feel free to link to my tutorials. You don't have to ask, they're here for everyone to use and enjoy. 

Tubes 
A link back is not required for tubes. It is, of course, very much appreciated. :) 
My tubes are for personal use only. This means you can't sell them.
